ShoreBridge
Capital is a $5.75 million mezzanine debt fund that helps
existing companies with little to no collateral expand their
operations. The fund provides loans of $100,000 to $500,000
for working capital, equipment purchases, construction projects,
business acquisition, debt restructuring, and other business
purposes. Borrowers agree to work with a Shorebank labor force
specialist to employ Cleveland-area residents.
