Shorebank has formed important partnerships with the City of Cleveland, Cleveland Tomorrow, Neighborhood Progress, Inc., and local Community Development Corporations to bring additional resources into our neighborhood revitalization effort. The loan portfolio is currently at $27 million to support this community development. We provide a unique capacity-building program and a flexible mortgage fund to support neighborhood projects. We are also developing an inventory of real estate opportunities.
