Flexible Mortgage Fund provides resources for real estate
projects that require financial subsidies to bridge the gap
between existing financial arrangements and the funds needed
to complete projects.
Our
partnership with Village Capital Corporation enables us to offer
six-year loans ranging from a minimum of $25,000 to a maximum of
$75,000. These loans help qualified borrowers acquire and/or rehabilitate
multi-family apartment buildings located in our eight Priority neighborhoods
that have five or more units.
