Shorebank Enterprise Group's two business incubators-known as Enterprise Centers-in the Glenville and South Collinwood neighborhoods fulfill two important community needs; two previously unoccupied buildings were brought back online and over 235,000 square feet of office, studio, and manufacturing space was created to restore the economic momentum that had diminished in recent years.
