Annexed by Cleveland in the late 1800s, the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood was once home to 38,000 residents. It is now home to just over 12,000 Clevelanders.

Known throughout the area for a large number of well-maintained homes and urban gardens, the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood recently benefited from a $2 million improvement project at Gordon Park and the renovation of the formerly closed Hodge School which is now available for mixed-use development.
