Once
a part of Glenville Village, Forest Hills is now home to over
17,000 residents. In the late 1980s, a portion of the neighborhood
was revitalized with the addition of a major supermarket and
a 40-unit townhouse complex.
Throughout
the past decade, the development of new single-family homes
has improved several areas and added to Forest Hills' tax
base.
